Ūdenim ir būtiska simboliskā nozīme. Ezers, pie kura ir tik mierīgi, un Rūdolfs tajā gaida/vēro pārējos. Aka kā tāda šķiet ne brīdi netiek pilnībā aizmirsta. Tiek izmantota gredzenveida kompozīcijā gan sākoties, gan beidzoties, kas liek atcerēties sākumu. Bet lietus lieliski attēlo dramatiskus momentus un varoņu pārdzīvojumus.

Galvenais konflikts bija rīkošanās pretēji vispārpieņemtajām attiecīgā laika normām; Rūdolfa un Laimas attiecības, kamēr Ričs ir cietumā, un ne tikai.

Pārsteidza, ka visi varoņi, izņemot bērni, romāna beigās nelaimīgi. Kaut gan varētu arī teikt, ka dažiem nemaz īsti tādiem nav.

Ceturtās grāmatas Stravaganza sērijā galvenais varonis ir 17 gadīgais Mets(Matt). Viņam nav pārāk liela pārliecība par sevi, un pašsajūtai nepalīdz fakts, ka viņš cieš no disleksijas. Mets nokļūst Padāvijā (Padavia) pie profesora Konstantīna(Constantin). Sākotnēji neizprot, kāpēc kļuvis par stravaganti, bet pozitīvais aspekts, ka šajā pasaulē viņam nav disleksijas.

Par sevi atkal liek manīt Di Kimiči un viņu jaunais valdnieks Fabricio(Fabrizio), kurš apņēmies ne vien atriebties par tēva nāvi, bet arī noskaidrot, kā nokļūt tajā otrajā pasaulē.

Vēlreiz ir iespēja tikties ar iepriekšējo daļu varoņiem. Tas, cik daudz šoreiz katram dota iespēja parādīt sevi, atšķiras. Ir arī tāds, kas mainījis lojalitāti.

Drusku atspoguļota cīņa starp valdošo reliģiju un citu ticību, bet atšķirībā no ‘’Puķu pilsētas’’, iztiek bez slepkavībām. Šķiet, latviski izdotas vien pirmās divas grāmatas no sērijas, vismaz nav gadījies redzēt citu.

Atšķirībā no iepriekšējās, ceturtā grāmata Džeimsa Bonda sērijā patīkami pārsteidza. Darbība norisinās Lasvegasā. Tādējādi varētu domāt, ka kāršu spēle tiks aprakstīta vēl vairāk. Lai gan tās arī šajā daļā netrūka, bija arī citas īpaša aģenta pienācīgas aktivitātes, kā arī ielūkošanās hipodroma pasaulē.

Pats Bonds kā tēls ir patīkamāks, un viņa pretinieki reālistiskāki. Vienīgais mīnuss, ka spriedzes ainas pagāja ātri.

Joprojām neiztiek bez gariem aprakstiem, bet šoreiz bija paciešamāki.

Grāmatai pieķēros klāt ar interesi un vēlmi uzzināt no autora pieredzes, kāda tad ir dzīve kaimiņvalstī Krievijā un arī Ukrainā. Jāņem vērā, ka pašreizējie notikumi starp abām valstīm nav ietverti.

Solītais humors nav tik liels, kā aprakstā minēts. Nepatika bieža vairāku faktu atkārtošana, piemēram, vidējās algas un pensijas, dzīves ilgums vīriešiem un dzīvokļu izmēri, kā arī, ka autors vairāk koncentrējās uz negatīvo un nemaz nav ietvēris Kultūras pieredzi. Varētu domāt, ka visas

Pēc grāmatas izlasīšanas tu vari novērtēt pašsaprotamas un vispārpieņemtas normas. 1)Nav jābaidās, ka tiksi nobraukts, ejot pāri ielai pie zaļās gaismas 2)Lai kāda ir veselības sistēma, tā tomēr nav TIK slikta. 3)Tas pats arī par birokrātiskumu 4)Publisko tualešu stāvoklis un vēl daudz kas cits.

Vairākus vakarus sanāca lasīt drusku pēc pusnakts, un spriežot no lasītā uzdrīkstos minēt, ka kaimiņi varētu būt ar slāvu izcelsmi.

Attiecībā pret pirmo grāmatu Bonda tēls šķita labāks, jo gan iepazīts drusku no pirmās daļas, gan, manuprāt, pats autors drusku vairāk to izstrādājis un piedomājis pie tā. Bet sižets, ļaundari un misija toties likās stipri vājāki saturā ziņā.

Pārsteidza jūtamais rasisms, kuru var saprast ar laiku, kad grāmata sarakstīta, bet ne pieņemt tā, lai neietekmētu kopējo vērtējumu. Kriminālais ģēnijs no Hārlemas Misters Lielais(Mr. Big), turklāt padomju aģents, un tādai iespējamībai pagrūti noticēt.

Cerams, ja ne ar nākamo daļu, tad vismaz drusku vēlāk, Džeimsa Bonda sērija uzlabosies.

Stāsta galvenais varonis Stīvs(Steve), spēlēdams Minecraft viena spēlētāja režīmu, saskaras ar pāris neparastām lietām, un sākumā domā, ka tie ir gļuki. Bet vēlāk saprot, ka tā nav, un pieņem izaicinājumu. Lai gan pats nespēlēju šo spēli, darbs šķita samērā interesants, kā arī viegli un ātri lasāms gabals.

Tiem, kuriem patīk pati Minecraft spēle, noteikti patiks arī šis īsais stāsts.

Lai gan Greisa un Konors grāmatas sākumā ir kopā, tad jau pavisam drīz atkal abu ceļi pašķiras, un šķiet, ka abi attālinās vēl vairāk kā iepriekš. Diemžēl mani šoreiz sarūgtināja Konora tēls. Attiecīgi viņa attieksme ne tikai pret Greisu un viņas uzskatiem, bet arī pret labajiem vampīrpirātiem. Patika plašāks izklāsts par brāļa un māsas bērnību un izcelsmi.

Liela loma piešķirta Sidorio, kurš ir apņēmies izveidot neapturamu spēku. Šajā ziņā nāk talkā jauns tēls, lēdija Lola Lokvuda(Lady Lola Lockwood) ar savu vampīrpirātu komanda. Abu izdarības tiek pamanītas no Pirātu Federācijas puses, kura nolemj dot pretsparu. Tādēļ nepatika nobeigums, kur viena vampīrpirāta nāve tiek svinēta, lai gan mērķis ir neatstāt nevienu. Iespējams, tas nākamajās grāmatās.

Jāpiebilst vien tas, ka ļoti spraigu notikumu nav daudz un grāmata šķita kā tāds pārejas posms uz pēdējām divām.
